Drugs around the world: In Ireland males and females have the biggest rates of alcohol abuse. So when people brag about how they are Irish or say that they are Irish show them the rates of alcohol abuse. Out of 21 Countries Ireland and Portland are the two top risks for alcohol abuse.

1.I wrote about this topic because I found it interesting on how certain types of nationalities are said to have more addictive personalities. 2. I did have a little bit of difficulty on this topic because I never want to put people down for their nationalities, but the information given was fact checked and a graph was provided as well. 3.
