This election has been very interesting, and it still is. But we will put that aside for a moment and talk about the ballot. The ballot this election has the recreational use of Marijuana, but you must be 21 years of age. This may sound a lot like the drinking law, well it is. No you cannot just light up where ever you want, you must be of age and on the right property. The right property meaning not on school property or anything like that. The dare program across america has been proven to make drugs even worse. Kids today wear D.A.R.E around on their shirts as a joke. Teens around the world don't take it serious enough. As you will see on the website I have given above, they want you to buy D.A.R.E merchandise to support it but really it is just a fashion statement.

SLANG Prescription drugs:

Opioids: Hillbilly heroin, oxy, OC, oxycotton, percs, happy pills, and vikes.

Depressants: barbs, reds, red birds, phennies, tooies, yellows, yellow jackets; candy, downers, sleeping pills, tranks; A-minus, and zombie pills.

Stimulants: Skippy, the smart drug, Vitamin R, bennies, black beauties, roses, hearts, speed, and uppers.

Alcohol Poisoning: Alcohol poisoning is the result of drinking to much alcohol for the mass of your body, in a short period of time. The results of alcohol poisoning can be deathly. Drinking to much alcohol can lead to, high heart rate, change in body temperature, and gag reflex. These effects can lead to death or a coma. Didn't think you could OD on drinking?; well think again. The main symptoms of alcohol poisoning are confusion, vomiting, seizures, heart rate, slow breathing, pale skin, and passing out. Alcohol poisoning is dangerous in many ways. You, your best friend, or loved one can die to sudden from this. One party you could be laughing at a drunk person but in reality they could go to bed and never wake up.

To help a person with alcohol poisoning you could easily call 911, they will help you or your loved one out, even if you are under age and you call in a report of an emergency they can't get you in trouble. If you do call be prepared to tell them all that you know about the person with the problem, how old they are, etc. NEVER leave an unconscious person alone. The person is not in the right state of mind to take care of themselves. They can choke on their own vomit while sleeping, lay the person on their side to rest if needed.

Never be afraid to get help, getting help is better then a loved one dyeing over something you could help.

How drugs can make you do wild things: With all the craziness that has been happening throughout the world may be caused by the use of drugs. Now this is just a conspiracy  theory developed by yours truly, but with the clowns running around ramp-id and the stabbings occurring around our 5 towns. But not just in our five towns there was just a bombing of a hospital not to long ago in Syria. All of these horrid things happening I myself think that maybe the clowns could be under the influence of drugs while they are doing these awful things to people. The hospital bombing I cannot explain, that was most likely a terrorist attack of some sort.

Steroids and the effects on football players: Steroids are said to make the body bigger and stronger. While some football players need the "extra boost" to build up their muscles.

The main anabolic steroid hormone produced by your body is testosterone. Testosterone has two main effects on your body: Anabolic effects promote muscle building.

Drug busts: There are drug busts everyday some could even be around you. For example in New York there was a drug bust with this man who tried smuggling cocaine into an airport with a champagne bottle. Don't be stupid please.

LSD

Definition: peripherally, a serotonin antagonist; 1–2 mcg or less per kg induces hallucinatory states; its use may precipitate psychoses; it was formerly occasionally used in the treatment of long-term alcoholism and psychotic disorders. Some people take this drug to go into a different state of mind. Many call it tripping, but when you take LSD it is said to take "chunks out of your brain."
This is not to be messed around with. LSD can have long term affects on you, some people are said to go on life long trips that they can never get out because the drug was to effective on their brain.

People outside of the United States are smoking there cannabis (weed) with tobacco produces as well. This may seem like its better for your lungs, but nope. Smoking cannabis with tobacco causes your lungs to become even worse then they would with just smoking weed. The video below shows you how many countries smoke weed with tobacco. Prescription drugs can be just as bad as street drugs. Such as Perks and Adderall can effect the brain. After taking these drugs for awhile can get you hooked on them, your body thinks you  need them. 

Codeine: is an opioid pain medication. An opioid is sometimes called a narcotic.

Lean: is a mix of codeine-based prescription cough syrup, soda and, often, Jolly Ranchers candy. A lot of rappers say they love lean and how much fun it is to be hopped up on it.

Rappers and their profiles social media give them: Rappers today are very open to the public, most of  them rap about selling drugs or doing them. But once people hear one rapper talking about that they instantly think all rappers are about the "thug life" including drugs. Drugs today have changed a lot with cost. Rappers tend to make a lot of money so they are one out of many kinds of artists to be able to afford different kinds of drugs. Most rappers talk about how drugs help you enjoy partying, and how its cool to do them.

Cocaine hydrochloride: blow, bump, C, candy, Charlie, coke, crack, flake, rock, snow, toot. This drug is a stimulant. It can be smoked, snorted or injected. Cocaine is white. When you do cocaine the dopamine in your brain increases and you get really happy. When you come down off of cocaine your brain has really low dopamine, and you feel like you are dying or very depressed.

Trippy Thursday: Psychedelic drugs include LSD (“acid”), psilocybin mushrooms, mescaline, ibogaine, salvia, and DMT. These drugs make you see things and colors, a lot of people use these drugs back in the 60's when psychedelic drugs were a big thing. Often times your eyes are dilated when you take these drugs. A lot of people take them when they are going to a big concert or rave.

Weed Wednesday: In the world we live in today we have such thing as medical marijuana. This is used for headaches, arthritis and other medical conditions. 

Also we have weed that people just smoke to get high. Thats what I like to call "Recreational Pot." Some states are working on legalizing it, such as california. Pennsylvania, Alaska, Colorado, Oregon, Washington and the District of Columbia.

actually all got the law passed, so marijuana is fully legal in those places. 

I am interested in talking about drugs and how they effect people and culture around the world because I think a lot of people are sheltered to how bad the world around them can really be.
Many kids in high school think that drugs aren't as bad as they are taught to be. But in reality drugs ruin life's everyday. I am here blogging to you because I want you to be educated on what is really going on in todays world. Not some bullshit about Hilary Clinton and Donald Trump arguing over who should win china over LAME. Nope, I want to teach you about how many people are dying and going through serious stuff at home due to one pill or one puff. Drugs have many aspects to every part of the world, I mean yes there are nice parts of the world that you would THINK are drug free but in reality not a lot of places are drug free no matter how hard society tries to make it safe and drug free. The big picture of my topic is that you should really open your eyes up to what is not only in front of you but what is going around the world and how you can make a difference.

Now I'm not trying to be the one person to tell you that drugs are bad, you can defiantly survive a lot but after words your body is damaged and has had enough. Yes I will tell you how and why and what drugs to avoid in the world but most importantly you are your own person soo no stopping ya there. But around as you travel or watch the news around the world you will find your self in weird and uncomfortable situations, drugs may be included in these situations. So try and surround yourself with people that wouldn't ever put you in a bad situation.
